In March, we honor women throughout history who have shaped our nation for the better. Women from all walks of life who exhibited grit, bravery, and determination to create change. They dared to dream, dared to challenge the status quo, and demanded equality. And as importantly, they reached down to pull other women up.
Opportunities for women and girls across our country have grown because of their perseverance and their strength.
The same can be said of women at the FBI. Today, women serve in every role in the Bureau – as agents and analysts, lab technicians, and linguists. They’re on SWAT teams, lead investigations, and run divisions and field offices. And their countless contributions to the Bureau have shaped who we are as an organization, too. That’s why we’re committed to growing our hiring and promotion of women in all positions throughout the Bureau.
